My spices are a mess right now. I have bags upon bags that are all yellow in color. I store them in a large Ziploc bag. The spices spill and when it comes time to find what I am looking for I need to take each bag out individually. If your spices are in need of organization as mine are, prepare to be inspired!
Some things I would suggest before you choose which method you like best:
- Figure out what is most important to you. Is it functionality or design?
- Do you use your spices a lot? Consider how accessible each method is.
- Do you have a lot of spices? You may need jars instead of small tins.
- Remember, you will need to use measuring spoons – pick something that will make it easy to dip your spoon into.
- Cost.
